Harvext.io is currently provided as a beta platform for evaluation and feedback purposes as part of a limited focus group.

Features and functionality may change, be added, or be removed at any time during the beta period.

Use of the Service during the beta phase is at your own risk.

• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Harvext.io and Harvest Cycle Inc do not claim ownership over your business data.

6. Administrative Access

Harvest Cycle Inc may have limited administrative access to data solely for the purposes of platform maintenance, troubleshooting, customer support, and service improvement.

Such access is not used for competitive analysis, resale, or any purpose unrelated to operating Harvext.io.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvest Cycle Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

Harvest Cycle Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
